Partial Shipments

If one or more pieces of inventory to fulfill multi-item orders are unavailable, partial shipments can be activated so that the items that are in stock will be shipped out until new inventory is received. When the new inventory arrives, the existing partial orders will immediately be placed into the queue for fulfillment and order completion.

This may be done on a per order basis temporarily, or as a general shipping policy.

*Please note that partial orders will require additional shipping labels and related charges.

1. Navigate to the order page (Orders > Manage Orders)
2. Locate the Details pane, and select the Allow Partial checkbox
