Create Manual Order in Shiphero

Orders may be created directly in ShipHero without going through your store

Go to the Orders tab and select Create an Order

1. Fill in the customer information fields.
   1. *For Amazon FBA shipments, the order number must start with "FBA"
2. Select the shipping carrier and method for the order.
   1. If there are automations that assign shipping methods these will overwrite this selection.
3. Use the search bar to add products to the order.
4. Click "Save Order".
   
   
5. Confirm that products and shipping methods are correct.
