Returns

All items returned to the warehouse will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA in Shiphero.

Returns are either from the shipper as undeliverable (damaged, bad address, etc), or the customer requests a return.

Shipper Returns

If the order is returned by the shipper, Big Sky Fulfillment will issue an RMA, assess if the items can be re-shipped or re-stocked, and will reach out to your customer service representative for further instruction and resolution.

Customer Returns

If the customer requests a return then an RMA should be created by a service representative so the warehouse knows to expect this shipment. 

A return shipping label for the customer may also be created in this process.

*Please note that sending a return label will be an additional shipping charge to your account
