RMAs

Creating RMAs

1.  Navigate to the order that needs returned (Orders > Manage Orders)

2.  Under Actions select Return Order

3.  Check each item that is being returned, and choose a Reason

4.  To send the customer a return shipping label in email, leave the checkbox unchecked

5.  Under Shipping Info, select Self Return

6.  Select Generate RMA

Warehouse personnel will then process the RMA and restock the inventory if applicable.

Viewing RMAs

1.  From the dashboard hover over Returns and select All Returns.

2.  From this screen you will be able to see all RMA’s that have already been generated. Click on the RMA #

3.  The default date range is 60 days.

4.  You can also want to filter by Status

  • Pending - RMA has not arrived at warehouse or has not yet been processed by the warehouse
  • Warehouse Complete - Return has been has been processed by warehouse personnel
  • Complete - Return has been processed by Warehouse and Client

5.  Click on the RMA Number to view the RMA details page

  • Clicking on the order number will take you to the original order

6.  On the RMA details page you can see

  • What was expected to be returned
  • Prev received
  • Quantity received (Not relevant for clients)
  • Prev restocked
  • If the item was in perfect condition, it will be restocked and placed back on the shelves. It quantity restocked is 0 then the item was not in resealable condition.
  • Restocked (Not relevant for clients)

7.  Once you have confirmed all information change the status to Complete
